The Shropshire Winter Fell Race Series will be held after the Prize giving for the Wrekin Streak at the Huntsman Pub as usual.  As the Wrekin Fell Race was cancelled the results have been taken from the previous 5 Races with the best 3 out of 5 counting. Hope to see you there.

HELP NEEDED at the above Race.  This prestigious race in the English Championship Series is at Gaerstone Farm, Church Stretton on Saturday 27th April. These races start at 12 noon and are open to all children between the ages of 6 and 18. We really need marshals on the hill, car parkers, help with refreshments and generally lots of people to help both on the Friday and the Saturday. 

Silent Valley Race - British Championships - Sunday 14th April - Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland
A few of us set off to Northern Ireland for the first of the British Championship counters.  Silent Valley is an AM, at just under 10 miles and a climb of 1490m/4888ft. We made our way there in various modes of transport and at different times. Hardcore father and son duo Glen and Huw Davies took the brave option of camping the night before!!
