The aim of the club is to promote and organise 'fell' races in and around the West Midlands.

Chernobyl Aid (UK) Hills and Dales Walks

A challenge walk/run event is being run on 26th August in the Peak District (nr Dove valley) in aid of the Chernobyl Aid UK charity. There are 8, 14 and 26 mile routes for walkers and runners. Some details attached and more at www.andycrafts.co.uk and www.nabendfarm.co.uk.

Mynd Drover 2017 Finishers List

The finishers list for the 2017 Mynd Drover Challenge event is now available here.
This is a challenge event and not a race, so the list is just in entrant number order. The event raised £4,000 towards a new minibus for the Church Stretton school, so a big thank-you to all those that took part. See you next year?

*** Boring but Important *** EA REGISTRATION

I know we're fell runners and rules are a detail we'd rather be without, but...

There are some issues coming up with athlete registration. If you are a Mercia member and you wish to register with England Athletics you must do this via Mercia (assuming you weren't a member of another running club first and didn't fill in a change of first claim club form when you joined Mercia). You will then be registered as a Mercia athlete and will be First Claim Mercia for all fell running.
