Mercia Club Champs 2017

Here are the races and rules for 2017.

There are lots of races to chose from including some fell-y ultras and some great away races, so why not get stuck in. You only need to do six races to have a full series (four for juniors and V60s and three for V70s).

Age group is determined by your age on 1st January.

Please try to help Bradley who keeps all the stats by using the same name throughout the year, writing it clearly, entering as a member of Mercia Fell Runners team/club when there is the option and letting him know of any errors / missing results etc. as soon as you can.

Thursday Night Training

This week it's a choice of Gogbatch at 19:00 with me (while Tom gets his knee sorted), or the Wrekin gate (near the main car park) with Coach James at 19:15.

Do try to make it to one of these sessions sometime - it might be of some help and they are also actually fun (very type 2 fun, but fun none the less).

Jim
