The aim of the club is to promote and organise 'fell' races in and around the West Midlands.

Titterstone Clee Race - road conditions 9am Saturday 2nd Feb

Very light dusting of snow. Roads a bit slippy on Clee Hill. Great care will be needed on the final decent from the Church in Cleeton-St-Mary to the start area.
In general, no problem. There is no reason from a weather point of view not to come.

Snow What Snow

Shropshire dawned this morning to bright blue sky's and a thick frost, but very little snow, however the temperature is -1 in the valley and with the cold wind it feels much lower, we see little problem with todays race at Titterstone Clee, but do please expect to be told to carry full kit, we will try and update the website at 9:30 with local road conditions for this mornings race, and again this evening with information on expected weather conditions for the Long Mynd Valleys Race, a final weather check will appear on our website again just before 9:00am on Sunday the 3rd Feb

Weather Forcast for Saturday on Titterstone Clee

Severe weather is forecast for Friday evening with probable snow, hopefully it will clear by Saturday lunch time, but one of our fears is about people getting to Cleeton St Marys and being able park safely, the other is the wind chill factor, temperatures for Saturday in Ludlow are predicted to be 0C, but feeling more like -5C, on top of the hill it will be considerably colder, full waterproof/ windproof body cover will be mandatory for all starters if this is the case, we will endeavour to put a notice on the website early on Saturday morning about road conditions in the area
